It is not very difficult to create rounded corners on wordpress widgets.
First of all you need to figure out the style.css file associated with the particular theme. Then you need to find the class widget in the style.css file and you can modify as following:
.widget {
clear: both;
margin: 0 0 2.2em;
border-style:solid;
border-color:#000;
border-radius:10px;
-moz-border-radius:10px;
-webkit-border-radius:10px;
padding-left: 15px;
padding-bottom: 10px;
}
In the above code, border-radus would make the border rounded. You have to enter other two lines below that so that it would work on all the browsers.
You can give the border color as well.
