I myselft was looking for the way to convert the file names to uppercase and the lowercase letters. Usually, in Linux all the file names are case sensitive so if you are running a program which requires the capital letters or upper case letters then you are required to prepare the input files in the same casing.
We can use the very powerful tool Powershell to change the filename to and from the lowercase / uppercase.

To change the file name to uppercase use the following code:
$f="J:\11.8-harmonic-analysis-2-year-return"
dir $f | Rename-Item -NewName{$_.Name.toUpper()}
In the first line of code, you need to give the pathname of your folder in which you need to change the file name property. In my case it was "J:\11.8-harmonic-analysis-2-year-return". I hope this will help you out.
To change the file name to lower case use the following code:
$f="J:\11.8-harmonic-analysis-2-year-return"
dir $f | Rename-Item -NewName{$_.Name.toLower()}
As you can notice the only difference is "Upper" and "Lower" in second line of each code.
I hope this will be helpful to you.
Leave comments if this helps you and also comment if it doesn't work so that I could help you guys.
